Evidence-based care, zero pressure – and support that gets you.

Birth support with you at the center.

This isn’t just about having someone show up on your birth day—it’s about building a relationship rooted in trust, calm, and real connection.

Through personalized care, evidence-based guidance, and steady presence from pregnancy through postpartum, this support helps you feel confident, informed, and genuinely held—so you can move through birth feeling empowered, not overwhelmed.

You deserve comprehensive care

You deserve a doula

There are a lot of doulas out there – and you deserve one who feels like the right fit.

I bring more than just knowledge and experience to your birth; I bring grounded presence, practical tools, and a relationship built on trust.

My support goes deeper than showing up on your birth day. We begin building a connection early, so by the time labor arrives, you feel seen, safe, and truly supported – by someone who knows you, your values, and your hopes for this birth. You’ll have access to evidence-based resources, emotional support, and guided reflection to help you prepare on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.

And the care doesn’t end once your baby arrives. I’ll be there for you in the postpartum space too – helping you process your experience, offering hands-on support, and making sure you feel held through the early days of new parenthood.

When you work with me, you’re also helping expand access to this kind of care in our community – because every family deserves to feel supported and seen.

“Danielle was so communicative, helpful, and understanding.

Being able to continue asking questions and talking through the entire journey has been a form of therapy and decompression that is much needed.”

Birth Doula Support

Prenatal Yoga + Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Classes + Birth Doula Support =

Full Circle Birth Prep

This full-circle birth preparation is designed for families who want more than information — they want to feel ready.

Combining prenatal yoga, evidence-based childbirth education, and continuous doula support - you move from uncertainty to confidence, from fear to genuine excitement about your birth.

In the months leading up to your birth, you’ll be preparing your body, mind, and nervous system for a calm, empowered birth experience. You’ll learn how to work with your body, understand the physiology of birth, navigate interventions with confidence, and advocate for yourself within the maternity system.

Through prenatal yoga, you learn to inhabit your body and access calm; through evidence-based education, fear is replaced with clarity and confidence; and with continuous doula support, you have a birth professional at your side for the most tender moments you’ve worked so hard to prepare for and protect.

This layered support puts you at the best odds of achieving the birth you’re hoping for — one rooted in confidence, calm, and trust.

A bonus is that you’ll get it all for a bundle deal ;)

No follow up appointments until six weeks postpartum is wack

We need to bridge the gap in care

There’s a gap in our system. Your nurse or midwife can’t offer contraction-to-contraction care, and no check-in until six weeks postpartum just isn’t enough.

You deserve a better model: one rooted in continuity, advocacy, and presence.

A doula isn’t a luxury — it’s a human right, and an investment in the odds of a positive birth experience.
